Admin Tools for ArcGIS Online is a FREE suite of tools designed to make managing and administering an ever-growing ArcGIS Organization easier. With this tool ArcGIS Org Admins can register feature services, tag items, change group ownership, and perform a number of other operations on your content - all in bulk. What used to require multiple, repetitive steps can now be done in a few mouse clicks - saving you time and money!

Hi, having used this tool in the past i cant seem to be able to sign in today - I click "sign in" on the top right and it just whirrs away indefinitely saying "signing in" but doesn't actually sign in! Thanks

Typically, when you're stuck seeing the spinning loading animation for Admin Tools when attempting to sign in, it's because of a specific security setting preventing access to Admin Tools. The option to export disabled users does not seem to be there. Can someone confirm? I can see which users are disabled, and sort them, but no option to filter disabled/enabled users. Since they can't be filtered, they can't be exported. Thanks.

Hello, and thank you for your comment! Admin Tools for ArcGIS does not currently have a filter for disabled or enabled users. Due to the frequency of customer feedback, our Products team has informed me that this functionality will be added in an upcoming release. In the meantime, there are two options to find the disabled users in your ArcGIS Organization. You could export all of your users as a CSV, then open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, or a similiar software and filter by the disabled column. If you would prefer an automated solution, our latest product, Clean My Org, is designed to scan your ArcGIS Organization for inactive or broken content, including disabled users, unused items, webmaps with broken references, and more.
